Reasons to Call Dealing Desk
To execute a trade you should log in to the Vinson Trader 4 and place a trade. However there are some conditions when you will need to call our trading support team, such as:
- When access to the Internet is not available
- When you experience internet failure or failure to connect to the Vinson Trader 4

When Calling Trading Support,

Please have the following information ready prior to placing your call:
- Your Login Number to Metatrader
- Example:" Hello , login 12345"
- Ticket Number, including both the number of deal(ticket), units (1 lot) and the currency pair (EUR/USD)
- Example: "ticket 6544567"
- State your trade.
- Example: "I would like to close 1 lots of (EUR/USD) at the Market." Or set a take profit of 1.4573"or set a stop loss of 1.4553."
Remember: The price given is the trading price at that time; haggling is not allowed nor are Traders allowed to remain on the phone until the price changes. If you do not wish to trade at the quoted levels, simply say "Nothing Done" and hang up.
Note: All phone calls are recorded to ensure the integrity of the transaction.
